2017 / The “Energie per la Città” Help Desk

In 2017, a significant experience for a local initiative of the Municipality of Cesena: the launch of a web portal for the new “Energie per la Città” Help Desk service. The goal was to create a portal dedicated to citizens, aligning this new meeting point with the organisation’s identity. The challenge was to build an extremely intuitive site that would allow a diverse audience to find and access the services as well as the initiatives offered by the “Sportello Energie”. The project also involved the creation of various printed and digital graphic materials.
